Girls Dress

How should an average teenage girl dress...in comparison to how most teenage girls dress these days?

I see girls as young as 12 wearing things like halter tops, even to go out with boys and such...i don't know about you but I don't even think it's appropriate for a 14-year-old to be going out in a halter top. How do YOU think average teen girls should be dressing? I'm not saying we should all be conservative, a LITTLE revealing is always cute, but the way so many females dress these days, I blame it directly on their parents.

1. honestly i think teens should be allowed to dress however they want. but i agree with you too revealing is just unattractive. at least for me.
2. a little revealing is always cute? i suppose i could blame that attitude on your parents as well. just how old do you have to be to be used for sexual gratification either physically or visually?

I speak from experience when I say this: girls wear stuff like that too attract boys; I've talked to a lot of girls that dress that way and they all same the same thing " there's nothing wrong how I dress, your just being sexist" immediately I am told the it is my fault (I fail to see that logic behind this). I personally don't like it when girls wear shirts that show off bra straps( tank tops are another), or stupidly skinny tight jeans, I say this because as a guy in his teens, we get horny over almost anything, simply showing off a bit of bare midriff can send a guy wild, Some of the psychologists I have talked to all say the same thing, they do it for attention. I also agree that parents are most likely to blame for this, My thesis is: they do not want to deal with the child's problems so the plant them in-front of the T.V. The child soon discovers the channel Mtv My closing opinion to say would be: A girl should just wear something casual such as a sweater or a t-shirt that's not to tight, some fairly loose jeans and other naturally comfy clothes, nothing over the top, But apparently this is asking too much.
