Dress shoes?

I have a wedding to attend in March, and I am going to buy this dress http://15dollarstore.com/p/trixxi-mesh-halter-dress-w-beaded-ring/1107347501 What color/style shoes should I get? and How should I do my hair (shoulder length brown hair). Also I'm trying to figure out what color of shirt and tie my hubby should wear, I would like it if he could wear the same shirt and tie to my sisters wedding in May, which I am standing up in and wearing aqua. I want something that goes with aqua, but doesn't clash, and it can't be silver, black, or aqua. Thanks:) also for shoes..I want something that stands out
