What kind of shoes can you wear with a polo shirt or dress shirt and kakis?

I am going on vacaction in Marthas Vineyard soon. My normal style of dress is a polo shirt, or dress shirt tucked into kakis or whatever colored dress pants with dress shoes that match my belt. The problems is there is an event that you can dress how you want but dress shoes are not recommended. Dress shoes are all I have worn with my style are dress shoes. I HATE sneakers, what kind of shoes are out there that I can wear that are just as classy as dress shoes, I was thinking about a pair of desiels. I am going on vacaction in Marthas Vineyard soon. 6. How about loafers or docksiders - both casual yet kind of middle of the road.

8. you could wear a pair of clogs? the have a little buckle on the side and the just slip on. They come in all sorts of color but i would reccomend black or tan. They last so long and they dont get dirty easty. They go along great with anything especially the tan! i got mine at filenes but you can get them just about anywhere. They arent too casual and they arent too dressy hope i helped
9. White shoes, or, as I do, khaki-colored sandals.
