Who makes good slip resistant dress shoes?

I have been buying shoes for crews for a while now and their slip resistance is just awesome however none of their dress shoes meet the dress code for my new job. I got a pair of sketchers work shoes but their slip resistance seems a bit lame (I have not started the new job yet so I have not tried them). Can anyone recommend shoes with soles as good as shoes for crews with a large selection of styles?
