what kind of dress shoes would be comfortable to walk in for hours?

I am a waitress and my work changed our dress code and the bartender suggested to the boss that we wear dress shoes. They can be flat but I cannot find any that are comforable and we have to wear panty hose but they rub against my feet and hurt. I was wondering if there was a brand and kind of shoes that would be so comfortable to walk on all day and a way to keep the panty hose from hurting my feet.

1. There is no brand but there is Dr. scolls for her they are pads u slip them into your shoes they are comfy
2. You can probably find some cute simple but comfortable flats from macys, Steve Madden even target and they sell these insoles that go in the back of the shoe so it doesnt rub against your feet or hurt you theres also this rub made by band aid that you put on first and it really does help its square blue and looks like a glue stick
