Where can I buy inexpensive fashionable party dresses?

I'm hoping since prom season is ending, I'll be able to get some good deals, however I don't want a prom dress. I'm looking for something that I can wear to a variety of events (dinner, dances). Juniors sizes available, please! Thanks in advance!
