What is the most popular and best looking dress shoes for meeting up friends?

I am around 23 years old and my friends always complain that I wear tennis shoes when meeting them. What kind of dress shoe (brand and model) should I buy that looks good and good value. I plan to get it from shoebuy if possible. thanks I want to look sleek. 5. this guy...if u want sleek [slick] shoes ur gonna have to spend a little more and go w/some nice leather loafers - that should do the trick and last you a long time. i recommend the very comfortable 'ecco' line of brown and black leather loafers. these go very well w/a pair of faded jeans.
