Is it acceptable for a guy to wear casual brown pants with black dress shoes?

The pants are not dress pants - they have a khaki/chino-like style and have thin, light-colored stripes running down the length. The black shoes are the slip-on type (no laces). They have a silver buckle on the side that gives them a more casual appearance.

6. This is a little hard. I dont like the sound of a buckle on a shoe. If the pants were solid it would be an almost. But if there are any stripes you need to have a solid shoe (no buckle).
