What are the best companies for quality dress shoes?

I already like ecco (because they have a great warranty).... Any others? I am willing to spend up to $150 for a nice pair of black leather dress shoes (to be worn with a suit). Thanks I am asking about the quality primarily, not the design. I need people to vouch for quality/warranty policy. Shoes always fall apart on me and I want a company to stand behind their shoes (no pun intended).
