How does a orange dress shirt, black undershirt, black jeans, white sweater vest, and dress shoes look?

I want to know how an outfit consisting of A Orange and White dress shirt, black undershirt, black jeans, white sweater vest, and black dress shoes will look. Will it look good? Will it match??

1. Sorry - I'm not trying to be mean - but honestly, that sounds very...Halloween-y. Orange and black together always do.
2. no....black and orange will make you look like you are wearing a Halloween costume....wear a white undershirt with blue jeans :)
3. Would be great if it were Halloween. Personally I would not wear anything that is orange unless it is swim attire. I am in Arizona and sounds to me like that outfit consist of way to many layers of clothing. I favor wearing black and most other colors compliment black but orange and black together I think is a fashion no no. Good luck to you....
