What kind of shoes am I allowed to wear to work at Ross Dress for Less?

Tomorrow is my first day working there and I'm not sure what shoes I'm allowed to wear. Can I wear these black Adidas, or do I have to wear dress shoes or what? preferably someone who works or who has worked there answer this question please

2. most companies require a backstrap on a shoe and not usually tennis shoes, but wear loafers tomorrow and ask for the dress code policy, I'm sure they have a handbook on the subject.
3. no athletic shoes only dressy kind shoes...
