Where can I find large male dress shoes in Istanbul, Turkey?

I am a business traveler and just lost my only pair of dress shoes (size 15 American). I have to be in Istanbul, Turkey this week and need a new pair of dress shoes to attend several meetings. Does anyone know of a Big and Tall store or large shoe store that could carry such a large dress shoe?
