What are the best places to get party dresses?

It's for a x-mas ball that I've got at the end of this month with the jazz band. I looked around the party dresses yesterday and couldn't find much, where are good places to look, in the UK and any good website links would be great too.

3. not sure as I'm American, but if they deliver, Fredricks of Hollywood, has some nice sexy dresses. I just google ball gowns, or party dresses when I need one. I just pick whatever site has the best style. and price. Good Luck and have fun!

6. i live in australia so im not really sure but i went into marks and spencer in Hong Kong and quite liked one or two dresses in there. they are quite pricey and possibly not appropriate for the occasion - they were very summery. i know H&M does have some cute party dresses!
