where can i find inexpensive party dresses for a sweet 16 or quinceanera?

i am attending two parties this month. i am attending a sweet 16 for my best friends and a quinceanera. where can i order an inexpensive ($25-$60) party dress (preferably a little black dress) online? are there any good stores? thanks in advance. :)
