Where can I find really cute party dresses at reasonable prices?

I'm going to Washington D.C and I have my 8th Grade Dinner Dance coming up and I need two dresses

6. I think you should go with the one that I found online. You know what I'm talking about?. Sparkly doesnt seem to be in, but I'll keep trying.! Try looking in kohl's. They have very nice dresses!
