Can party dresses be worn to winter formals?

My winter formal school dance is coming up and I'm wondering if party dresses would look out of place. 1. I think you will not be the only one looking great in a winter formal; party dress. I bet your dress would be the best becaue it has personality. Who cares if everyone is wearing a crappy dress at least you will be HOT!

3. yes deffinitly, just has to be toned down and not too shorty & bright. i think you should DEFFINITLY go with the first or second dress. they are very fit for the occassion meaning not too dressy and up tight but yet again really hip. they would deffinitly make you look amazing with a pair of heels & simple hairstyle and some jewerly!
