How did GIRLS dress in THE OUTSIDERS?

How did the GIRL greasers dress like? How did the GIRL SOCIALS dress like? We get to dress like them this Friday at school. [= it was in the 1960s.Thats what it said in the book!

2. it was in the 50s, so like poodle skirts and cherry pins ans blouses tucked into pouffy skirts watch the movie on youtube, the drive in scene shows alot of girls

Well it was the 50s or 60s rite? so... for the social girls would have woren poodle skirts, hair in ponies, and dresses (checker patterened) and mabe a blouse type shirt. and for the greasers girls they probably wouldve woren the same thing but less fancy and down gradesof the socials.... so not as nice... i help that helps! we read the book a semester ago so yeah!!!! have fun!
