Why do girls dress up like sluts on Halloween and go to parties?

I saw a couple girls with their a**es hanging out of their "dresses" coming out of a Halloween party. Why do girls do that especially on Halloween???

15. One of the points of Halloween is you get to be someone you aren't allowed to be, to exaggerate a part of you that you normally keep controlled. That society normally keeps controlled, but has a special allowance for on Halloween. So women get to be more overt with their sexuality, without the degree of disapproval they would get in everyday life. Hey, it's a good thing!

21. Empty Vessels make the most noise. They lack Morals and Class due to their upbringing. Ignored by their mothers, touched by their fathers and watched one too many drama ridden sex filled shows on the television. They lack confidence in themselves as a person so they opt to get attention the only way, or possibly the easiest way, through showing off their bodies. Heck, it works. For every one girl dressed like a whore there are 3 pigs/boys oggling and giving all the attention they desire, albeit negative. attention is attention. As for espescially on halloween. I suppose they feel it is more socially acceptable, probably because everyone else is doing it.
