Where can I find cute skirts that are 3 inches above the knees?

My school has a rule that skirts can't be any shorter than three inches above the knee. I know that I can just wear leggings under my skirts I have now, which are too short for school, but I want a skirt that I won't have to do that with so that I can wear knee-high socks with it. What stores have those? Not necessarily denim skirts but any type of fluffy, tiered, flowy, anything.
