Where to buy cheap party dresses?

So, a couple of friends & I want to be the Deal or No Deal models for halloween. But we don't want to spend a bunch of money on a dress we're only going to wear once, and we do all want the same dress. Do you know of any place (in Los Gatos/San Jose area) that has like $10-$20 party dresses?
