Why do all russian girls dress the same?

Russian, Romanian girls, whatever they are, do you notice how they all dress the same? Like I mean they all wear like knee high skirts and high heels. Don't you think?

3. Not true. At all. I haven't seen many Romanian girls dressed like that. The "uniform" of most girls here is jeans+t-shirt/blouse/jacket etc. Although some women wear skirts and heels too, but not daily and usually for work or dates. I'm rather curious how you got this idea. What you're describing seems like a secretary.
