How did girls dress in the 50's and 90's?

In two weeks, it's my daughter's homecoming week, and on Tuesday it's a 50's theme and Thursday is 90's theme. How did teenage girls dress like in those decades? Could girls wear pants in the 50's? I know I'm suppose to know how they dressed in the 90's, but well I'm now really the kind of person to remember this kind of stuff. So please help me and my daughter with this. Thanks, Leila

1. In the 50s, they wore poodle skirts, blouses, and pink silk jackets in the 90s, it's kind of like today, but a little less formal
2. In the 50's there was the whole poodle skirts thing. Just watch "grease" or google it to get an idea. And for the 90's they wore a lot of color..I mean extreme color, big hair (they higher the better!), mega red lips and leggins.
