Where can I buy nice dress shoes that are comfortable?

I have extremely small feet. Some brands' size 5 is still slightly too big. When that happens, I go look in the kids section to see if there is ANYTHING that will fit my foot. I'm going to begin teaching in the fall, so my cheap dress shoes that I've had for years won't work because they give me blisters if I wear them for more than a few hours. Is there a good place with like a HUGE selection of shoes, maybe even specializing in smaller feet? Thanks.

2. If you`re from the US, I think Famous Footwear is a good place.
3. Payless has great flats that look dressy enough to wear to work. I'm not sure what city you are in but search online to see if there's a DSW near you, they have a HUGE selection.
