Girls Dress

Why do boys feel the need to dress like girls?

My next door neighbors son wears colorful shirts, sometimes pink, sometimes with v-necks, and he wears tight jeans too! I will admit I am out of touch with the youth today, my teenage son is not perfect by any means, but at least he doesn't dress like a sissy! For those in the know - what makes boys want to dress like girls? It's just wrong.

  1. idk that is weired i guess they are just fruitcakes =)
  2. www.abercrombie.com
  3. A better question would be, why do you care? People can dress however they want. It's a free country after all. It's none of your business why they want to dress that way. Your opinion probably doesn't even matter to them to begin with.
  4. A man can wear any color shirt he wants...even pink.. I've seen some "real men" who wear pink shirts. He is not defined as a "man" because he wears a certain style or color . Now. a skirt and high heels definitely would get my attention but short of that.... he's just being a kid. I would rather see a guy wear tight jeans, v=necks, and a pink shirt than see his underwear and backside hanging out of baggy pants. Eventually most of them do GROW UP and learn how to dress properly for whatever they eventually "do" in life. Just ignore your neighbor for about 5 years. They check in and see where he is...... There are women who wear jeans, t shirt, and baseball caps too....That doesn't make them any less a woman
  5. lol i guess its the new trend "boys dress like girls" all the time i go into a store and see men buying womens jeans!!!
  6. theres nothing wrong with guys wearing pink shirts n tight jeanz..i dont think thats 'girly' at all!...whos to say that certain colours belong to a certain gender anyway!! whats wrong is parents who raise their kids to fit into these stupid gender roles , keeping their minds closed, and not allowing them to self express ....... its not sending out a very good message to your son if your calling other boys his age sissys just for wearing a pink shirt...with a V neck....?( ohh no.... a V neck.... watch out, he'll be marching in the gay pride by next year!!!!) i woulnt be suprised if your son starts taking that negativity to school and becoming the 'school bully'!!!
  7. How old are you? Like 70? Get over it.
  8. maybe they are emo hhaha i love emo guys :D
  9. It's not as bad as you think. Back in the day, kings wore tight tights and fancy robes. ;P Just be glad your son isn't dressing in a way you find distateful and forget everyone else...fashion makes 0 sense sometimes!
  10. These boys are not dressing like girls. That is just one of the styles that is in. Those kids probably don't care what you think anyway.
