Why do some girls dress like sluts but dont put out?

why is it that some girls dress like complete sluts but they dont actually sleep with a lot of guys, but other girls look soo modest yet they are actually whores?

1. They want to look 'BETTER' and want attention. The actual whores don't want to look suspicious.
2. depends on their style. dressing slutty is kinda a pop thing right now. so yeah. looks can be deceiving.

4. i suggest you adjust your thinking ---- sluts and whores really dont exist except in very very limited circumstances and i very much doubt if any are school children --- ladies choose to wear clothes they feel comfortable with if they show off their body so what its their choice and who really give a care what people do as long as they do it in private and dont hurt you ---- best wishes to them i say
