3. You really need an answer for this question? Women dress in skimpy clothing for attention. Sometimes the attention they get is unwanted; which is why they'd complain.

As for your question, most girls who dress in skimpy clothing probably aren't assuming that anyone is going to attempt such a primitive mating strategy with them. Hence the complaint when it happens. The real question is "why don't they assume that dressing scantily will provoke unwanted responses from men?" The answer is because men are the ones who've allowed women the freedom to dress like that in the first place.
14. Skimpy clothes heightens the temptations of men(which is btw always tempted with the presence of women whether fully clothed or not). Some men controls it and some cant. Think from men point of view Rape is purely sexual(as their is no other way to rape except sexual activities ,dominance and power to control are just by-products)
