What are you girls thinking wearing short skirts in the winter?

When I'm out in the winter I often see girls in small tops and short skirts. It's freezing cold out there and you're dressed like that. What's running through your head that makes you dress like this instead of something suitable for the cold weather?

1. i no lol i was out in town to day freezing cold and this girl walks past me with a coat longer than her skirt and her coat was half way up her legs i was like omg.........

3. its up to them, however i can't understand it, i mean i see them wearing these little open toed shoes, no jackets, no hat, looking like they are about to turn blue, and wonder at their sense.

8. i know, they are all slaaaaaggsss but to be honest, skirts look nice in winter with boots and nice warm thick woolly tights :)
9. Ive noticed that too, you know what the really funny thing is, they're not even stunners, its always the ones that look like Bernard Manning that put it all on show, and they seriously think they look the bees knees
10. I used to do that when I was younger. My legs never got cold. I don't anymore cause it's too much of a bother to get dressed up for the work I do now. But as long as they have tights on and coat hat other warm stuff, I think the younger ones look cute.
11. I think if you wear hose and knee high boots it's cute! As long as its not ice cold my feet and legs stay warm with my boots...
12. Oh i wear them but i swear that it doesn't even make you cold.
13. I just hate wearing trousers generally. I always wear thick tights though, in the winter, never bear legged, an always jumpers an scarves an stuff. It's just as warm as wearing trousers (when with tights) & it's comfier. to me anyways.
14. Looks good? If you wrap up everywhere else like scarves, hats, boots etc it's all good :D
