How can I get my girlfriend to wear more skirts?

I get really turned on seeing my girlfriend in short skirts but she doesn't wanna wear them. She says she isn't uncomfortable or anything but she just won't wear them much and would always make excuses not to. She has great legs and everything and I don't know how to convince her. I love seeing her legs exposed in public for all the other guys to see and I love it when she gets glances. How can I convince her?
