What are the best and worst types of skirts to wear on a windy day?

The reason I'm asking is because I like to wear skirts, and where I live its usually windy and I don't wonna have to constantly worry about my skirt flying up in the wind.

4. yea Denim wont fly up... dont wear anything pleated, or anything thin, or too baggy or it will fly up
5. The worst would be any type of pleated skirt or short loose skirt. The best would be like a denim one that fits kind of close to the body.
