What do you think of wearing knee highs with skirts?

Yes i know it doesnt matter what other people think of you but im just wondering what people think of wearing knee highs with mini skirts not super mini skirts but just a little bit shorter than finger tip length. Do you think its hoeish, cute, etc?

9. clothes don't make a person a slut, people! it's how someone ACTS while wearing them! i think it's adorable. i do it all the time, i have black THIGHhighs that have big purple bows at the tops and i wear them with shortshorts/shortskirts and it's adorable. And no i'm not a slut just incase people say i am, i'm a virgin thanks :]
10. How short of a skirt are we talking? if it's just above the knee, slightly shorter then it would look alright, otherwise it looks a slutty.
