What is a simple way to make bubble skirts (pics are helpful)?
Myself and four friends are all different sizes, and we want to make bubble skirts instead of buying them. Does anyone know a simple way to make them, or can point me to an inexpensive pattern? We want them to be about knee-length, just above actually.

Voila! you're done! (Found it online for ya ) = ]
